Mark Henson

​Born and raised in Western North Carolina, Legacy’s owner and founder, Mark Henson, began his construction career working summer jobs as a laborer, while in college. Later, he worked for a quality residential custom builder.

Mark spent several years working for a local builder constructing and supervising quality custom homes where his skills quickly grew. Mark always loved working construction jobs in college and his new occupation allowed him to further develop his skills and knowledge.

In 1999, Mark established his own remodeling and handyman business, which allowed independence and growth in his profession. Since that time, he has spent more than 24 years encountering and repairing almost every problem that can happen within a home, helping countless clients customize their homes into unique spaces they are proud to call their home.

Now Mark has turned his focus to helping many of those same clients maintain and protect that legacy they worked so hard to create.

At the request of established clients, he began offering home watch services in 2007. Finding a deep satisfaction in putting clients at ease regarding their homes, knowing that they could depend not only on expertise, but the quality of work and his integrity. Mark decided to expand his services to the public, thus founding Legacy Home Watch Services, LLC.

Brody Henson

Brody is the son of our owner, Mark Henson.  Locally born and raised in Hendersonville NC, Brody has grown up loving the WNC area, and is committed to serving those around him through the avenue of Legacy Home Watch Services.

Brody has a bachelor’s degree in both Business Management and Marketing from Western Carolina University.  With 3 years of experience in the construction industry and 2 years of relational college ministry, Brody has a passion for serving those around him, in and out of the realm of business.  Through Legacy Home Watch, Brody is dedicated to meeting any needs, big or small, that come with taking care of your home.

In charge of concierge services and with many connections to local service providers, if Brody can’t personally take care of your needs, he knows someone who can.

In his free time, Brody enjoys taking advantage of all the WNC area has to offer with his family and friends.  Part time fly fishing guiding, mountain biking, hiking, hunting and tee-ball games with his nieces and nephews.
