These inspections include a basic check of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, as well as the overall condition of the home and property.

Whether it’s controlling the irrigation for plants that need water, unlocking the front door with the click of a button, or controlling the thermostat, they’ve got you covered.

While smart homes are great to have, they can’t fully replace a person taking care of your properties. Necessary repairs and inspections of additional aspects of your home are our specialties.

How often will you check on my home?
Our usual schedule is twice per month, however, some special situations require more, or less, often.
How much does your service cost?
There are several factors that determine the cost of our service. They include; size of home, does it have a hot tub or pool, frequency of checks, is it in a really remote area, etc.. At our in-home evaluation we’ll be able to accurately tell you a price.
Is Legacy responsible if damage occurs from a storm or broken water line etc.?
No. We can’t help it if disasters happen to your home. We CAN suggest things that might prevent some bad things from happening. We CAN catch some things while they are small things, before they become big things. And we CAN discover problems much sooner than if you have no one checking on your home.
